We have extensive experience in drafting and executing cross border transactions relating to the operation of foreign banking and financial institutions in Israel, including the adaptation of financial products to suit the Israeli market. The Firm has field-proven experience in the structuring and incorporation of a variety of investment vehicles, including private equity funds, hedge funds and more. Furthermore, we advise many of our clients on the board level, with regard to structuring the proper strategy for implementation in the Israeli market. |
